COACHING

PURPOSE

The Program is designed to improve a Leaders capability and their Team's Performance.

PROGRAM

The Program is tailored to suit Leaders from C-Suite level to Front Line Managers.

It provides Leaders with a combination of Teaching and Coaching.

The Teaching Program includes 10 Leadership Modules, each module requires the Leader to complete homework directly related to the Leadership of their team.

A Module is approximately 90-minutes and will be related directly to how the Leader is currently leading their team.

In addition to each module Coaching Sessions are held once a month for approximately 45 minutes.

The program normally takes 6-months to complete depending the Leaders schedule.
