This is a 12-month program with a review at  6-months.

It includes:

  1. 1/2-Day Scoping Workshop with the Team Leader.

  2. 1-Day Introduction Workshop with the Team.

  3. Coaching at one Team Meeting per month.

  4. Monthly Coaching Session with the Team Leader.

  5. 1-Day Quarterly Team Debrief and Reset Workshop.
